About
This 4-hour online course helps participants understand why gangs attract youth, how recruitment happens, and the real-life consequences that follow. Through practical, prevention-focused lessons, we explore risk factors, warning signs, and protective supports that strengthen decision-making and resilience. Participants will learn how to recognize early indicators of gang involvement, respond safely and effectively, and connect youth and families to positive alternatives and community resources. The course is designed for youth-serving adults, parents/guardians, mentors, and community partners who want clear, actionable tools to help young people build a safer, healthier path forward.
