Career Readiness: Foundations for Workplace Success

This practical 4-hour program provides older teens and young adults with the essential skills needed to find and maintain meaningful employment. The curriculum covers the basics of career exploration, professional job search strategies, and effective interview techniques. Participants will also learn specific workplace behaviors, such as maintaining a professional attitude and demonstrating character, that lead to long-term career growth. Through realistic scenarios and self-assessments, learners will gain the confidence to transition from student to professional member of the Palm Beach County workforce.
